HRGO are delighted to be assisting a Multi National company on their search for a Management Accountant. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a large, fast paced company, with experience using ERP systems. You will be working within a team of Management Accountants, providing finance business partnering services to selected join ventures/branches as part of a centralised finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce monthly management accounts within deadlines required, including Profit/Loss accounts with analytical reviews and fully reconciled balance sheets
Monthly liaison with Managing Directors and Branch Managers for each branch/company
Assist the selected businesses with the preparation of yearly budgets and rolling forecasts
Support the department lead with group tasks, reconciliations, and consolidations
Produce VAT returns, monthly PAYE payments and annual P11d's
Assist with the production of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for each business unit
Produce year end audit files to include draft statutory financial statements, liaising with auditors as required
Maintain Asset Registers
General administration and ad hoc queries, liaising with other business units/departments as required
Review of payroll reports for errors/discrepancies and liaising with payroll clerks/branch staff to resolve
Review sales ledger balances at month end with credit control and MD/BM for potential bad debts
Review of purchase ledger for discrepancies and liaising with purchase ledger staff to resolve any queries or refunds
