Maintenance Technician - Royal Wootton Bassett SN4

Immediate start - 15.00 per hour - Temporary position

Working 6am - 2pm, 5 days out of 7.

Key Competencies:

To deliver the maintenance service in line with the contracted agreement and to ensure the delivery of service is undertaken within the allocated timescales and budgetary targets.

Must have good understanding of Plan Preventative Maintenance methods. Must be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of maintenance activities, Be able to show good understanding/knowledge of the requirement to meet statutory requirements, Have a good M&E working background, preferably a good trade background Have a proactive approach, and be a problem solver. Skills and Knowledge Essential Desirable Good problem solving skills Proactive approach. Good communicator and of a calm disposition.

You will have a good working knowledge of maintenance activities and an understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance methods
