POSITION: Maintenance Technical Specialist

SALARY: Up to £35,000 PA DOE

LOCATION: Coventry

HOURS: Full Time - 2 shift possibly 3 shift rotational Pattern if required

Overview:

HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Technical Specialist to join our client based in Coventry. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the maintenance of production lines at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimise Downtime.

• Maximise Machine capability

• Maintenance, repair & continuous improvement of production machinery, equipment & systems, including daily / weekly routine maintenance activities in combination with supporting continuous improvement activities

• Participation in the identification and procurement of consumables & machine spares

• Accompany, assist, and monitor service engineers, contractors and vendors as required

• Ensure efficient shift handovers to ensure machines and plant are safe & maintained at optimum operational condition

• Multi-skilled role Electrical/Mechanical within a manufacturing/production environment or similar

• Follow Company H&S Policies

Person Specification:

• Timed served apprenticeship or equivalent

• PLC Fault Finding

• Abb Robots

• Siemens Software

• NVQ or Higher in Mechanical and electrical engineering

• Desirable, 18^th Edition Electrical Installation

• Effective team player

• Communication skills

• The ability to work independently

• To work under pressure and to strict deadlines

• Reading and Understanding Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Technical Drawings
