Machine Operator Bridgwater £8.50 per hour Monday to Friday, 7.30 - 4.30pm Our client is a leading manufacturer on the outskirts of Bridgwater, and due to continued growth and demand, they are looking for several additional machine operators to join the growing team. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The role will become permanent following a successful 12 week probation period. Main duties: - Running of the production machines - Operating, monitoring, controlling and cleaning all plant and associated equipment - Packing of orders as required - Working in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner in order to meet production schedules Requirements: - Experience in machine operating preferred but not essential as training will be given - Able to undertake manual handling duties within a fast-paced environment - Production experience - Enthusiastic and willing to learn - Flexible to support team - Attention to detail - Referenceable work history
