HRGO are looking for a Machine Operative for a successful client of ours in Borough Green, Sevenoaks.

Salary £25k P.A

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The key responsibilities of the Machine Operative are:

To ensure all packed product is correctly sealed by the heat sealers/flow wrapper in order to prevent customer rejections.

To generate printed film as requested to meet customer specifications.

To carry out and document daily visual checks and cleaning of packing machines.

To carry out pre-start up checks on the machines.

To be aware of the relevant requirements of the Food Safety and Quality Management System and to ensure compliance with the packing of all product.

To interact with Production Supervisors to ensure that production processes run as efficiently as possible within the appropriate quality parameter/s.

To assist the Manager in ensuring adherence to procedures.

To assist machine engineers when they are called out for a breakdown/fault.

Hours 7-7pm 4on 4off shift pattern

Permanent position.
