Luxury Goods Sales Associate, Part Time Heathrow Airport We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Luxury Goods S Sales Associate, based 'air-side' at Heathrow Airport. You will work for a very successful high end, established retail company that sells designer luxury luggage, travel accessories and leather goods. A fully comprehensive training and induction package will be provided to ensure an excellent level of product knowledge is maintained and so you can become a professional sales advisor with the ability to earn a great deal of commission and the opportunity of career progression. Salary: £8.30 per hour, plus commission Working hours: 2 days per week (15 hours) on a rota basis, working a variety of early, middle and late shifts ranging from 5.30am to 10.00pm Location: Hounslow, (Heathrow Airport) Luxury Goods Sales Associate - Areas of Accountability: * Maintain and increase the sales figures of the store/concession * Ensure that customers are acknowledged quickly and offer friendly, courteous and efficient service * Confidently use and understand the 'Add on Sale' technique * Be able to confidently close a sale * Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, and be able to suggest alternatives to customers * Ensure that any phone enquiries/sales are handled confidently and efficiently * Confident in handling customer enquiries and complaints when required * Have a thorough knowledge of all company/brand guidelines and standards * Assist the management team in implementing visual merchandising changes within the store * Ensure the products are clean, tidy and well presented * Maintain a high level of store housekeeping * Assist in the handling of cash, and all other financial transactions * Ensure all store and company rules and standards are adhered to at all times * Assists in actioning markdowns, price changes, discontinued lines * Ensure that replenishment is carried out for the store on a daily basis * Assist in processing deliveries and transfers correctly * Assist in ticketing product correctly * Assist in any stock counts that are carried out as instructed by head office * Maintain all stockroom areas in a tidy and methodical manner * Establish a good understanding of health and safety policies of the store and ensure that these are upheld * Report and document any theft correctly * Assist in any other company locations when necessary MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LUXURY SALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
