Job Description Airport Placements are looking to recruit a Lounge Assistant. You will be required to work between the hours of 05:00am and 11pm 4 on 2 off. Start Date: 19th August 2019 Position Temporary Job Purpose To deliver exceptional customer service to travelling passenger in the lounge. Ensuring a professional but welcoming environment, checking passenger's entry requirements. Duties will include: * Verifying passenger's entry entitlement * Ensure highest level of product knowledge is maintained and communicated to passengers during their visit * Replenishing stock for passengers use * Cleaning and upholding the visual appearance of the lounge at all times * Ensure the safety and security of passengers during their visit * Ensure exceptional standards in hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times Desirable Skills: * Previous experience working with customers/passengers * Excellent customer service * Working in a fast-paced environment * Shift work experience
