Hrgo is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a busy freight company in Dover. Ideally candidates will have some logistics experience and the successful candidate will plan and manage time-critical logistics solutions throughout Europe and worldwide, operating with strict time constraints and ensuring all schedules and deadlines are met. Duties entail, monitoring live, urgent transport movements; keeping clients informed of shipment progress; and maintaining a bespoke transport management system, in line with company procedures. You must be organised, reliable and be able to work in a busy environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Shipment management

• Shipment progress to clients

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistics challenges to ensure a seamless service.

• Maintain excellent telecommunications as per our standard operating procedure

• Support the wider operations team by reporting vehicle availability

• KPI reporting where required.

This position is in their nights logistics team, working on a 4 on 4 off basis ,7.00 pm - 7.00am.
