We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to work within the Customer Services team in a company in Hawarden.
This role is designed to provide assistance to the current Customer Services and Sample Reception departments in ensuring excellence in all service provided to customers.
Laboratory and/or logistical experience is highly advantageous within this role, allowing you to confidently respond to customer queries and provide guidance in the services you have personally helped to deliver. The role of Logistics Administrator allows you to utilise your technical skills whilst proactively handling queries in a customer facing role.

About you
Ideally the successful candidate will have a scientific background or a working knowledge of laboratory processes within the environmental industry. Relevant customer service experience would be beneficial.
Good communication skills, verbal and written, are essential including a professional telephone manner and the ability to write clear, accurate and appropriate emails. The successful candidate will be pro-active and have an organised approach to busy working days.
Candidates must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of the Windows suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
