HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Line Operator for our client in Sandycroft. This is a temporary to permanent role.

Successful candidates will be required to work a 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shift pattern (rotating weekly).

Pay rate: £12.50p/h

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring your own and your colleagues work is performed in accordance to all relevant Production and Environmental, Health and Safety procedures, promptly reporting any incidents or accidents to the Lead Operator
• Working within a top tier COMAH site
• Ensuring full compliance with all EHS policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members, management teams and other key members to ensure delivery of production targets and customer demand.
• Work closely with Quality to ensure that production standards are consistently delivered
• Minimise waste to control costs within budget and assist with projects and all other duties as required.
• Monitor and input OAU data
• Complete and review 5S standards for your area.
• Machine operating, following operating procedures and set up in accordance to agreed standards.

Successful candidates:

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• A good level of English is required to enable interpretation of health and safety policies, risk assessments associated with departments activities, as well as process instructions.
• Good vision, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination with the ability to make smooth, precise manual manipulations.
• Competent user of IT systems
• Strong team player and actively supports team members as and when required.
