Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Stansted / Luton) Opportunity for experienced B1 / B2 LAE with A and C licences to join this well-established MRO company operating out of Stansted and Luton airports. You will play a key role, leading a team of engineers working in a fast-paced environment. You will use your excellent communication and leadership skills, ensuring all activities are competently completed, to the required quality standards and in a timely manner. Your tasks will include: * Liaising with hanger management * Ensuring all targets are met * Reporting and monitoring progress to ensure timely release to service * Communicating with support services to ensure the smooth operation of MRO activities * Quality monitoring * Supervision and management of the team, ensuring they fully understand their brief and are conducting work to the standards expected.
