Lettings Negotiator

Full Time Role - 38.5-40 Hours Per week Working 5 out of 6 days 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8.30am-3.30pm (rota basis)
Due to continued growth over the last 20 years our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator/Customer Service to join their expanding team. Previous experience not essential as training can be provided.
The successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and are essential. Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative. Own car and full clean UK driving licence required.
