Full Time Role - 38.5-40 Hours Per week Working 5 out of 6 days 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 8.30am-3.30pm (rota basis)

Due to continued growth over the last 20 years our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator/Customer Service to join their expanding team. Previous experience not essential as training can be provided.

The successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and are essential. Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative. Own car and full clean UK driving licence required.

  • Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate, efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries.
  • Registering applicants on the phone and walk-ins.
  • Meet and greet all people entering the office.
  • Organising viewing and attending accompanied viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants/landlords.
  • Feedback to Landlords, Tenants and Applicants following viewings.
  • Uploading and sending new property details on new instruction.
  • Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork.
  • Ensure the team is aware of any terminations and the relevant action is in place.
  • Prepare new properties for marketing and arrangement of photography.

Person Specification

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • Desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Superb negotiating skills.
  • Should have previous Residential Lettings experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
