HRGO are currently recruiting for our client based on the outskirts of Dover, Kent.

We are looking for a labourer, ideally with experience in the timber industry.

Please note, due to the rural location you MUST have a driving licence and access to a vehicle as public transport will not serve this location for the hours of work.

Main Responsibilities:

Lifting and stacking timber as it outputs from a saw.

Assisting with the manufacture of trusses.

Lifting and placing timber in a jig.

Positioning of steel nail plates.

Lifting and stacking of finished trusses.

Assisting with the manufacture of spandrel and gable panels - mainly lifting and placing timber in a jig, lifting and positioning of sheet materials for cladding the panels, movement of finished panels for storage.

Candidates must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying.

You must have a good level of written and spoken English, as well as a fair level of numerical skill.

Basic hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

This role is temporary ongoing but might lead to full time position
