Position: Kitchen Porter
Location: Bredbury
Hours: Monday - Sunday 40hrs Hours per week
Salary: £19,760,000 Annum

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Head KP, Head Chef & Sous Chef

Operational

• To be fully aware of the Hotel facilities and activities and to actively promote on every occasion.
• Working to the minimum standards of performance for all service activities within the Kitchen. As agreed with Senior Management and used as part of your basic job training.
• To ensure that all areas are presented to the agreed standard.
• To follow cleaning schedules as prepared by management.
• To ensure that all crockery, cutlery etc and equipment is cleaned to the highest standard, and that the correct cleaning procedures are followed in respect of COSHH.
