A busy hotel in Bridgwater is looking for Kitchen Manager- Chef De Partie Level
The role is a 40hr week- 5 days a week - rostered weekends
2.30 to 10.30
The food is very basic and mostly microwave items so quick and easy - looking for someone to manage the day to day operation, food safety, allergens, and stock control
They do about 35- 40 meals in the evening, pizzas and heated items
And the same for breakfast- baps, sausages, beans and continental
The general managers does all the ordering of the stock
Needs to be someone that can complete paper work and confident in the kitchen
It is not a full service kitchen
Looking to start ASAP all training will be given including L3 Food Hygiene. Uniform provided and meal on duty
