Kitchen Assistant / Food Service Assistant

Location: Romford, Essex

Paying:

- Monday - Friday £11.00ph

- Sat and Sun £11.50ph

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Assistant / Food Service Assistants to work within the Romford RM7 area in a support of the community organisation.

You must be flexible with shifts, working Monday to Sunday on a week to week rotating rota.

Various shifts - Morning and evenings, working hours between 6am 7.30pm

You must be able to work on your own as well as in a team.

Handling and working with various types of foods and meats (i.e. pork, chicken, lamb, beef etc)

A Level 2 food & safety will be required along with a DBS.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Setting out a continental style breakfast (on early shift). Topping up cereals and baking light pastry goods.
• making basic salads and sandwiches.
• Till operation and cash handling.
• Taking orders
• Making of teas and coffee
• Front facing customer service.
• Cleaning and washing up as necessary.
• Topping up stock and display.

There may be other duties not specified, but they will be within the requirements of the role.
