Key Account Manager (Aviation) opportunity within a rapidly expanding cargo airline for an experienced air freight professional. You will be managing, establishing and developing key accounts within the business, focusing on efficiency, business growth and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities of the Key Account Manager (Aviation) include, but aren't limited to: * Managing commercial relationships, implement a growth strategy for every account. * Using CRM software to map key stakeholders and customer contacts. * Building customer contact bases and visiting them to promote revenue growth to develop relationships. * Perform reviews on stakeholders that summarise performance and pipeline opportunities. * Liaising with the sales and customer service team, to ensure quotes are issued promptly and services issues are resolved. * Supporting the development of and then presenting company products to both new and existing accounts. * Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and supply chain patterns. * Updating potential customers of new developments and services. You must have an impressive record of business growth within aviation, as well as a sound knowledge of the Air Cargo Industry. This role is fast paced within an ambiguous environment therefore you must be highly organised with an ability to plan forward.
