Our Client, a Fantastic IT Company in Norwich are looking for a Junior Sales Admin to join their busy team!

You will provided with the best training that will help you build up your skills and increase your confidence in the role!

As junior sales admin, you'll need to:

• Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and develop a strong basis of product knowledge that are utilized by the company.
• Develop a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of our systems and processes and documenting them.
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems.
• Contribute with the senior sales team to assist them in meeting their targets
• Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
• Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
• Assisting the sales team with order processing and renewals.
• Answering customer and supplier queries via telephone and email as well as answering the offices mainline.
• Logging customer issues on our ticketing platform, ensuring key details are recorded
• Liaising with other teams within the company to support projects and resolve queries
• General office administration tasks.
