HR GO is looking to fill the role of Joiner Foreman for a successful client in New Romney, Ashford Kent.

Salary :£30-£35k D.O.E

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate would be a self motivated, energetic and a driven individual who has a willingness to drive production and the team to achieve high volumes but maintaining high quality. We are looking for someone who can manage the production team and help elevate the company's production levels but maintain the fun, friendly environment we aim to provide for our staff, strong people skills are a must. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the table and help develop production to be efficient and smooth, they must have good organisational skills.

To be successful in this role the following experience/skills are required (but not limited to) * Experience in leading teams, excellent communication skills, extensive experience in woodworking and finishing as this is a hands on role, experience in a factory environment and running a large team. To be able to provide good Health and Safety leadership. To be able to identify material shortages and maintain stock levels. To liaise with our office to discuss requirements of the production flow, manage build sheets and hit daily targets. An ability to effectively delegate work where required and problem solve.

A Counter Balance FLT license (advantageous but not essential) as well a clean UK driving licence.

8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required to achieve daily targets so some overtime may be required.
