Are you a good 'people person' with a minimum of 2 years IT support experience within a small company & perhaps now looking for a progressive career move? The purpose of this role is to support all the company PC and network activities as directed and to act as primary IS liaison to internal employees, resolving hardware and software problems on a timely basis. You will be required to develop and implement solutions in line with corporate and local strategy and to support continuous improvements. Other key tasks include: * The setting up/installation & configuration of new and existing hardware and software. * To act as primary contact for Helpdesk calls, resolving all calls within an agreed resolution period. * Training and supporting work colleagues in response to technical issues and relevant new software training etc. We endeavour to respond to all applications; however, due to the large volume this isn't always possible.
