Our client based in Broadstairs is looking for an IT Support Technician.
This is a temporary role, likely to last 3 months.
The Role
You will be required to provide high quality, professional support to internal customers on a wide variety of technical support issues.
First-rate PC technical support skills are essential, along with good general skills in Ethernet networking environments. Previous AS400 experience and familiarity with Backups, AntiVirus and Active Directory would be extremely advantageous.
About you
You will require strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly establish rapport and credibility with internal customers. You will also be conversant with the procedures and systems used within a Help desk support environment. Ideally you will have a minimum of one years' experience in a similar technical support role.
You will need to be flexible as the team work on a three-shift system: (6.00-14.00, 10.00-18.00, 8.30-17.00) as well as operating out of hours support.
