Our Essex Herts M11 based client is world manufacturing provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment . They are currently seeking a IT Support Analyst.(first or second line role )
Assisting with solving all first line IT Tickets across multiple locations ( including European sites) via the help desk and will be the first response and triage position to customers . This includes support for the computer hardware/software, networks and communication systems where needed. The position also consists of the configuration/administration of the approved system programs. It is responsible for compliance with the appropriate company policies and procedures, working within a team of four that work from several other locations.
Job Function Duties
* Daily support functions ranging from line incident/problems and tasks and escalate within the help desk accordingly
* Work to SLA thresholds for incidents/problems/tasks on a first to second-line basis covering UK and EU locations
* Maintain hardware for servers, PCs, scanners and printers
* Develop, maintain and support end-user programs as required
* Administer asset management system/reporting
* Check backup procedures
* Support telephone system
* Performance monitoring
* Daily and weekly checklists for infrastructure checks across locations
* Support and maintain core services
* Contribute to policies, processes and procedures
* Support covering multiple locations via helpdesk tool including remote users
* Willing to work out of hours and travel when necessary
* Manage own time to fulfil all responsibilities
* Escalate tickets within the team where necessary
* Ensure all incidents, problems and tasks are recorded
Based: Harlow Bishops Stortford Sawbridgeworth Harlow
Hours: 8.30 - 5pm Mon to Thursday, 8.30 - 4.30 pm on Friday. One hour for lunch taken at 1pm - 2pm.
Salary 25k=28k
