HR GO Recruitment are currently assisting a well-known, global company in their search for an IT Service Desk Manager. Main duties include: * Be responsible for delivering exceptional IT support to all national sites * Ensuring swift resolution of incidents and issues logged with the service desk * Co-ordination of all resources to ensure all services are in-line with what is required * Owner and development of Remote Management and Monitoring Systems * Conducting client meetings on service delivery * Provide technical support regarding current and future infrastructure * Manage and develop current and future Azure virtual infrastructure * Software installations and PC hardware upgrades The ideal candidate: * Experience in managing and ITIL desk is essential * Management of IT Support Engineers (1st/2nd line) is also essential for this role * Firewall, router and SharePoint experience and O356 * Proven track record of IT Team Leader experience * Good people and interpersonal skills * ITIL Certified is desirable * Good hands-on technical experience required * WAN / MPLS This role is a full time position, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
