A temporary IT Service Desk Analyst position has become available with an excellent company, based in Ashford. This position is likely to last until the end of the year, and may be extended. This role will initially be a remote working position, which will be reviewed later in the year.
You will work as part of an IT Service Desk team to provide a high level of support and service to the user community, which will include responding to incidents, requests and project work arising on the businesses supported computer applications and platforms.
About you:
Excellent communications skills, and a customer service orientated background
Previous experience of working with a Service Desk tool
Working knowledge of IT principles, hardware, software and other devices
Good understanding of Windows O/S, particularly Windows 10
Experience of Microsoft Office 2016 and other products is a must
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
