Are you an experienced IT Field Engineer? Our Client is a well-established IT services & solutions company based in Eastbourne, specialising in the supply of: * Windows network solutions, all versions, * E-mail solutions using MS-Exchange server & Office 365, * Internet, WAN and VPN Connectivity, * IP based telephony solutions, * Quality computer hardware, software, peripherals and consumables, * Maintenance & support contracts. They always recruit enthusiastic, highly motivated people and are currently looking for an IT Field Engineer who will provide 2nd line support to their Clients throughout the South East area. The job is predominantly based on customer's sites and therefore a full clean UK driving licence is essential because there will be regular visits to London and the South East area of the country. The candidate ideally has worked for a computer dealer/reseller already in a field service position with hands-on, practical experience supporting, installing and configuring Windows networks, comprising Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365 & Small Business Servers along with the associated technologies. Excellent telephone manner is required along with friendly Customer service skills * Attention to detail is very important * A logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense, * Good communication, literacy and organisational skills, * Possess a full, clean UK driving licence.
