Our client based in India are a privately held services and technology solution provider specializing in IT and business process management solutions for Public and Private Sector Clients. We are looking to recruit a UK based Sales Manager who will be responsible for new business development within the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented and a self-motivated sales professional with proven record of achieving & exceeding sales targets
Duties to include:
End-to-End License and Services Sale of BMC Software/ ServiceNow/ Atlassian/ Splunk and AWS and Software Services (SaaS, iPaaS, On premise). More focus should be around Services Sales like Off-shore or on-site Implementation projects/ T&M engagements/ Sustenance Projects or post implementation support/ Managed services projects.
Revenue Forecasting and Target Achievement
Vendor Registration for new client on-boarding
Negotiation and Onboarding of the resources
Supporting Marketing activities such as webinars, Blogs, technical content.
Cross Sale the other OEM products and Up-sale of current capacity of Licenses/ Services
Business Case development, Value Realization
Mentor Presales consultants on Solution Demo's, POC's
Business Proposals and C-Level presentations
Business and Technical adviser to clients
Additional Responsibilities to outline the service offerings
Attain sales target on revenue and margin
Coordinate with Client and Delivery team for successful and timely delivery of project's
Qualify and prioritize 'requests to engage' to ensure focus and alignment
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sale objectives and provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts
Demand generation - Identify and qualify prospective customers and penetrate targeted prospects in their assigned geographical territory
Demonstrated executive level sales experience
