Our family-owned, Transport client is seeking an International Groupage (LTL) Supervisor with at least 8 years experience in an International LTL environment. The successful applicant must be a self starter and able to work on their own initiative, good analytical skills, excellent organisational skills and able to work under pressure. Excellent knowledge of MS packages are essential and also hold a full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities:

Supervise/ Manage a department and provide professional service to clients.

Full department Profit & Loss responsibility.

Staff Management.

Comply with Legal requirements for all activities of the LTL Operations Department.

Customer and supplier relationship management and visits.

Market observation.
