Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to manage the extremely busy administration department. The successful applicant will need to have managed a large team, be a self starter and able to work on own initiative, have extensive industry experience, excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all departments, excellent analytical & organisational skills, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, hold a valid passport and full driving licence as you maybe required to travel anywhere in Europe and the UK.
Duties Include:
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance.
Manage the Sales and Purchasing invoicing process.
Produce monthly profit & loss figures.
Provide Management with information vital to the decision making process.
Develop and monitor business performance metrics.
Devise ways to streamline or improve processes within the department.
Assist in the annual budgeting process.
Ability to speak another European Language would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours are : 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
