We are recruiting for an Internal Sales advisor who has knowledge of Mechanical and Electronic Pressure, Temperature and Level Measurement. * The candidate will have a working knowledge of Pressure Gauges and Temperature Gauges * Possess a proven track record in the sales of Pressure, Additionally Temperature, Level or Flow Instrumentation experience would be desirable. * A flexible and enthusiastic approach is required. Job Function * Proactive Sales of our company products and services. * Generating own leads, or responding to enquiries via the various mediums employed by the company. * New Business Development, targeting existing and new market segments, including but not restricted to OEM's, Process, Food and Beverage, Oil & Petrochem, Pharmaceutical, HVAC, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Industries. * Track and monitor projects for future potential, and establish main contacts within the relevant procurement teams and project management. * Sell solutions not just product. * Generate product quotations * Follow up quotations, and others as directed. * Update and maintain the company C.R.M. software (Training will be given if necessary). * Help maintain maximum profitability, and continued sales growth. Based on individual and company targets. Competencies: * Understanding of pressure & temperature measurement and instrumentation. * Microsoft Office suite of products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Cold Calling by Telephone, Mail and in Person. * Confident telephone and face to face manner. Financial Package: * Basic Salary - Negotiable and subject to experience. * Quarterly Bonus structure to be in-line with company, subject to qualifying period. * 20 Days Paid Annual Leave (Pro-Rata)
