Position: Internal Recruitment Coordinator
Locations: Liverpool / Northwest
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: £28,000p/a including car allowance
My client is looking for an experience recruitment consultant with previous experience in either agency or internal recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced multi-site role, where you will recruit staff for the Northwest, visiting sites on a regular basis, this is initially a 12-month contract which will possibly go permanent for the right candidate.
You will be required to:
Advertise vacancy on job boards and social media
Screen candidates and conduct interviews
Ensure RTW has been verified and references are obtained
Select and make offers to candidates
Arrange induction days on site and meet and greet candidates to conduct induction
Liaise with managers to provide updates, support candidate assessments and onboarding
Assist HR by attending meeting on site and taking notes
Skills and Experience:
Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage
Full Driving licence as travel throughout the Northwest will be required for site visits
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail whilst multi-tasking
Able to work alone using own initiative
The role will be working from home with an element of travel weekly to various sites across the Northwest.
