Insolvency Solicitor

LOOKING TO JOIN A LEADING FIRM OF LAWYERS BASED IN SOUTH BUCKS? A vacancy has arisen for an experienced insolvency solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution team. This is a new role and is a permanent position. THE ROLE May include some or all of the following: * Restructuring of solvent/insolvent companies. * Pre-formal insolvency advice and planning. * Formal insolvencies including administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies. * Handling complex and challenging Pension Regulation close to insolvency. * Litigation and recovery actions. * Asset tracing. * Directors' disqualification proceedings. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS As this is a new role you will need to be able to bring some of your own case-load as well as making use of the firm's contacts. You should have a minimum of 5 years PQE and experience in some or all of the following: * Asset based lenders. * Banks. * Companies. * Creditors. * Directors and employees. * Insolvency Practitioners. * Investors. * Partnerships. * Shareholders. * Trade debt funders. Membership of the Insolvency Practitioners Association is preferred but no essential. Competitive salary + benefits package depending on your experience. INDROW
