Due to continued growth our client is currently seeking a number of Inbound Telecommunications Representatives to join a busy contact centre environment.

We are seeking candidates who have a gained level of customer service experience within Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre's or office based environments. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally with good computer based skills. Full paid training will be provided on site with further floor based support once live.

Role Specifics

• Handling high volumes of inbound customer service calls and enquiries
• Updating internal database with customer details
• Providing details on packages and services
• Assisting customers with transferring of data etc
• Billing enquiries, setting up Direct Debit payments and processing payments
