Our team deal with warm leads; customers call us as they have seen one of our adverts and it's our job to chat to them about the great deals we have, match the right product to the customer's needs and most importantly their lifestyle. We also may experience times when customers decide to leave us. Its never easy saying goodbye, so we also need to try and retain them by telling them all the brilliant reasons to stay and maybe offer them a new deal.
