Central Manchester
We are looking for a large number of Customer Service Agent with customer service and telephone experience to join a public helpline here in central Manchester.
The role is to take inbound calls in our offices based here in central Manchester and give the general public updates and information which can change from day to day.
We are looking for people who can work between the hours of 07:30am and 10pm Monday To Sunday on a 4 on 4 off Rota and you will be working full time hours of 37.5.
A successful Customer Service Agent Will Ideally have…
- Excellent customer service
- A friendly approach & bubbly personality.
- Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group.
- Excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills.
- Ability to navigate around a P.C comfortably.
- A good record of punctuality.
- Resilience and good work ethic.
- A want to progress and become multi-skilled.
- A Degree level qualification would be advantageous though not essential
