Inbound Help Desk Advisors - Starts WC 11.10 Weekly Pay
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based on the Wirral. We are seeking Customer Service Consultants.
The roles are full time positions working on a rotational basis Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm. You will be required on behalf of an international retail client and training will be provided on site.
This is a small team and you will be required to assist with the below:
- Processing telephone orders and communicating with customers about various after sales enquiries, this will include delivery issues and account enquiries
- Maintaining positive, personalised and professional relationships with customers to ensure they continue to shop with the client
- Identify and escalate and underlying issues to team managers
- Liaising with other departments and transferring queries when required
