HR GO are looking to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start on 10th January 2022 for their prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area.
The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities and main Attributes:-
Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
Communicate the benefits of products and services
Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
Ability to work to targets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understand and upsell the company products
Data entry and information gathering
Ability to work to KPI'S
IT literate and attention to detail
Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable
Consistent delivery of quality and attention to details
Enthusiasm for customer service and satisfaction
IT literate and competent
You will be expected to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm and also requires working 1 in 2 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays, and flexible RDO (rota'd day off) - Average 37.5 hours.
