We have an exciting opportunity for Home Based Customer Service Advisors. This is an ongoing contract working on behalf of our client on an Public Service campaign in the fight against COVID.

A successful Customer Service Representative will ideally have:

  • Excellent customer service
  • A friendly approach
  • Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group.
  • Excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills.
  • Ability to navigate around a P.C comfortably.
  • A good record of punctuality.
  • Resilience and good work ethic.

Customer Service Representatives:

Home based - 5 from 7 days, between 08:00 and 20:00 (rota basis)

Hourly rate of £9.16 p/h 37.5 hours

Own IT Equipment is essential (Windows 10 PC or Laptop, Reliable internet connection & Headset or Headphones with built in microphone)

You will require a current or new DBS certificate.
