Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Office based

Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am - 6pm
Training: 5-10 days Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm

Working on behalf of our client Serco handling calls for the DWP, you will be dealing with queries and general enquiries on any number of inbound lines/campaigns.
The lines are open between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, with an anticipated longer (10 hours) day on Mondays. Your normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week. You must be able to commit to full-time hours.
You will be paid weekly in arrears by HRGO, no need to submit time sheets as all of this is taken direct from the client's system!!
There is a 5-day comprehensive training package providing you with all the knowledge required to handle the various call types. There is also an excellent support network within the business consisting of a Floorwalking Team. The team will provide on the spot answers to questions in the early stages of you taking your first call. A Helpdesk/Escalations Team who are available to offer ongoing support, and guidance.
