Position: Inbound Call Advisor
Location: Birkenhead
Hours: Between 9am-6pm any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis
Salary: £334.00 - £356.00 per week (Based on 40 hrs per week full time basis)
Duties
- Answering incoming customer service calls from customers - where is my parcel and delivery based queries
- Processing customer queries and amendments as requested
- All associated back office administration duties
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone /email
- Liaising with customers, internal/external departments
- Manage and resolve customer complaint sand identify and escalate priority issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

- Excellent telephone manner and clear verbal communication skills
- Call Centre experience advantageous and Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent grammar and punctuality
- Committed to delivery of a consistently high quality of customer service
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner via different methods
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Excellent conflict management skills and objection handling techniques
- Confident personality and skill in striking rapport with the customer
- Basic level of keyboard competence and computer literacy
- Enjoy working within pressurised, target driven team
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for maintaining enthusiasm and focus within a routine environment
- Good team player
