Immediate Chef Required - £13.50p.h - £15.50p.h
- LOCATION: Eastbourne
- PAY RATE: £13.50p/h - £15.50p/h based on experience
- ROLE: Chef
- HOURS: Monday-Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday. Hours are between 8am-9.30pm this will be a split shift
- START DATE: ASAP

Our Client is a busy seafront restaurant operation with excellent reputation, based in Eastbourne and they are looking for n immediate chef to join the business.
Job Description
- Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with our standards
- Lead the team in the absent of the head chef
- Training and development of the team
- Stock control and ordering
- Taking pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
The Candidate
- Great Team work
- Work well as part of the team
- To work very calmly and effectively under pressure
- A great eye for detail
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Minimum 2 year experience at sous level
