We are supporting a local independently owned firm of independent financial advisors in their search for a IFA Administrator. The company have been operating in Kent for over 30 years and they have a well established client base that includes companies, individuals ,charities and trusts.
This is an office based position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with an hour for lunch.
Duties include:
Scanning documents
Auditing files
Working on increasing the use of the back office systems
Updating company and client records
Fee and commission reconciliation
Skills required:
Minimum of 3 years IFA admin experience
Confident with Word, Excel & Outlook
Be a problem solver and have the ability to work proactively alone and as part of a team
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 ( Dependent on experience)
