HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Administrator to join our leading industry client in the local area. The HR team provide generalist HR support and advice to the business on all employment matters including reward & benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development and recruitment. Roles & Responsibility * Provide efficient, effective and customer focused HR service which supports all aspects of an employee's relationship and engagement with the company * Ensure that all HR information systems are accurate and effective * Develop and introduce new ways to improve the administrative process, contributing and expanding knowledge and experience along the way * Provide HR support, guidance and advice to employees and management across the business Experience & Skills * Previous experience working as a HR Admin * Pro active in your approach using your own initiative and be able to work effectively as part of a team * Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) * Database experience If you believe you are suitable for this role, then please apply with a copy of your CV
