My client a global organisation is looking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to join the business to support their ever-growing team of HR Specialists

To be considered you will have at least 2-year's experience working within a HR Operations/ working within a People Systems role, coupled with working with integral HRIS applications. Knowledge of identifying and resolving People system defects.

As an experienced HRIS Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of people-based technology including configuration, identifying, and resolving issues and supporting new projects. To be considered you will have at least 2-year's experience working within a HR Operations/ working within a People Systems role, coupled with working with integral HRIS applications. Knowledge of identifying and resolving People system defects.

HRIS Specialist / HRIS Service Desk Analyst Key Responsibilities

Delivering a great customer experience for colleagues across the company

Resolving tickets within agreed SLA timeframes and responding to customer feedback

Escalating queries to HRIS Analysts where required

Working with the wider HR team to always ensure data quality in People systems and encouraging a clean dataset

Monitoring integrations and resolving any errors

Owning Systems administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and third-party supplier relationship management

Actively seeking to improve knowledge and experience of People systems and demonstrating knowledge through the provision of training for the wider HR team

Supporting new projects

Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills

At least 2 years' experience working within a People Systems role

Knowledge of identifying and resolving People system defects

Advanced IT skills including MS Excel is essential

A strong customer focus with great communication skills
