Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible to a 4-day working week)

Salary: 45K-60K
HR GO Recruitment are looking for People Business Partner to join our clients buzz filled team. You Work alongside the Head of People to establish company as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, and develop a capable, empowered team at all levels. Key Accountabilities
- Providing guidance on people practices to stakeholders to ensure all functions have a great team of people with high levels of engagement
- Support line managers to ensure effective two way communication within and across teams
- Provide regular reporting, trend analysis and insight on people KPI's to managers
- Implement company policies to support the health and wellbeing of our people
- Working with the Academy team develop training interventions that support organisational development Ensure everything the People team does has company values at its core
Key responsibilities
Team Development
- Provide confidential support and advice to managers on all people related matters including team development, performance management and absence management.
- Bring people expertise and develop solutions to support managers to create and implement people plans that will develop the long term skills and capability required within their team in line with organisational needs.
- Ensure active management of any recurring absence problem or health issue to support employee's wellbeing, and where appropriate engage with occupational health advisors.
- Ensure clear training and assessment is in place for all team members
- Support the development and delivery of company training in line with the vision for the Academy.
- Lead the communication and adherence to all people policies through coaching, delivery of training and other methods as appropriate, ensuring people are treated fairly and equitably at all times.
People Processes
- Manage the employee life cycle from offer through onboarding and succession, issuing all supporting correspondence (contracts of employment, end of probation period letters, confirmation of resignations).
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of people KPI's including turnover, team development, performance management and attendance.
- Process any changes to hourly paid and salary payroll including running payroll reports each month and liaise with payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Record all pay queries, investigate route cause and resolve ensuring appropriate follow up action is taken.
Line Management
- Provide line management to the People Advisor, supporting their development through objective setting, coaching and regular feedback.

- Support annual employee survey, ensuring maximum participation, supporting managers to understand results and delivery of feedback to their teams.
