We are currently seeking a strong HR Manager, with a min of 10 years HR Generalist and managerial experience for this team. CIPD Qualified, Degree level educated. Must also be able to travel extensively and at short notice.

Work with the Department General Manager to manage the operational, budgetary, financial and other human resources activities. Help to plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfil the mission and the goals of the department effectively and efficiently.

Help to plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality and output.

  • Work with the Department General Manager to implement the HR strategy across the Pan-European network of the company, as and when required.

  • Delivery of compliant human resources functions for the Pan-European network in line with relevant employment law.

  • Contract and employee manual management.

  • Salary management for the Pan-European network of group.

  • Benefits management for the Pan-European network of group.

  • Provide, support, and advise on all human resources matters, Group and Subsidiary companies.

  • Delivery of robust recruitment policies & procedures.

  • Delivery of robust induction & probation policies & procedures.

  • Delivery of robust performance management policies and procedures.

  • Delivery of robust employee relations policies & procedures.

  • Delivery of robust exit policies and procedures.

  • Support development of management excellence across the Pan-European network.

  • Delivery of robust employee relations management.

Department Management:

  • Support the Department General Manager to manage the operational, budgetary, financial, and other HR activities of the Department.

  • Support the Department Manager to plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet the departmental productivity and quality goals.

  • Help to establish and maintain relevant controls to ensure compliance.

  • Coach, mentor and develop the HR team and provide opportunities for their growth.

  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and set targets to ensure delivery of tasks.
