This role will offer a vast working arena with 600+ employees based on site. Duties will be:-

• To deal with complex Employee Relations, grievance and disciplinary issues, absence management, management of maternity cases, job evaluation, training and development, pay reviews and re-structuring as necessary.
• You will drive a high performance culture by coaching and challenging managers
• To manage Employee Wellness, learning and development and supporting proactive talent and succession planning.
• To work on the full recruitment life cycle from developing job descriptions through to selection, interviewing and on-boarding.
• You will be there to provide guidance and leadership across a full range of HR activities, working in a busy, demanding environment, supporting Technical Centre staff and Managers.

Candidates suited to this role will need to be CIPD Level 5 or above.

This role will potentially be able to offer hybrid working after successful completion of the probationary period.
