You should be educated to CIPD level 3 and have worked for a minimum of 2 - 3 years in a HR generalist role.
You will be required to provide support for end to end recruitment, site inductions, on-boarding and off boarding being able to hold exit interviews. You will deal with employee wellness, employee relations, managing abscence, salary administration and assist with compensation and benefits.
Hours will be a 7.30am start, working a 37.5 hour week.
Salary is dependant on experience.
