Handle matters related to the expatriate staff from Japan who are based in the EMEA-CIS region. To control expats rotation yearly and monthly and related procedures.

SCOPE OF JOB

• Build up a strong team with the DGM

• Control and handle expatriate rotations in the EMEA-CIS region

• Support the expatriate appraisal process in the EMEA-CIS region

• Provide advice and guidance to expatriates in EMEA-CIS region on company rules, policies and procedures

• Maintain good communication with the HR Department and work in collaboration to push forward projects.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Good ground knowledge of Human Resources and compensation

• Solid knowledge in Expatriate rotation system

• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and Success Factors

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Native level Japanese and English language skills are essential
