Handle matters related to the expatriate staff from Japan who are based in the EMEA-CIS region. To control expats rotation yearly and monthly and related procedures.
SCOPE OF JOB
Build up a strong team with the DGM
Control and handle expatriate rotations in the EMEA-CIS region
Support the expatriate appraisal process in the EMEA-CIS region
Provide advice and guidance to expatriates in EMEA-CIS region on company rules, policies and procedures
Maintain good communication with the HR Department and work in collaboration to push forward projects.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Good ground knowledge of Human Resources and compensation
Solid knowledge in Expatriate rotation system
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word and Success Factors
Good verbal and written communication skills
Native level Japanese and English language skills are essential
