• To manage Employee Wellness, learning and development and supporting proactive talent and succession planning.
• You will deal with complex Employee Relations, grievance and disciplinary issues, absence management, management of maternity cases, job evaluation, training and development, pay reviews and re-structuring as necessary.

The role will be a busy, demanding position, so interested candidates will be used to a fast paced working environment. You will be there to provide guidance and leadership across a full range of HR activities.

Candidates suited to this role will need to be CIPD Level 5 or above.
