Purpose of the role
To provide a full range of HR advise and support within the organisation on a daily basis whilst planning for future needs, working with the wider HR team to deliver the highest levels of service whilst adhering to external and internal best practices.

Key duties
Working closely with the Talent acquisition team to attract and retain the best talent, making sure that the company and its culture are represented in the highest possible regard.

• Ensuring the company values are at the forefront of everything
• Providing coaching for line managers /partners
• Identifying opportunities from HR data to make strategic recommendations
• Lead HR projects
• Full HR advise and support across employee life cycles
• Review current HR policies and procedures and make recommendations as appropriate
• Conducting exit interviews
• Performance management processes
• New starters - Induction and probation management

This is a full time Hybrid position with the main base being in Sussex, you will also need to travel to other locations when required.
